I'd like to apply to a repatriation order or voluntary deportation for my friend Ms. Zhang Yonghong travel passport number T 01638023.
She came here with passport and visa upon arrival.and she apply travel passport again. They said there is some problem with such people.
My friend Ms Zhang yonghong wants to go home next no 31 July without harassment at the airport.
What should we do?

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jun 20, 2020 04:00:16 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Apply for voluntary deportation.

BI appreciates the information given. However, BI rules and regulations requires filing of a verified Complaint stating (i) the full names of the complainant and his postal address (ii) name of the Respondent foreigners, his known alias/es, if any, his given or last known address; (iii) concise statement of ultimate facts constituting the deportation offense alleged to have been committed; (iv) submit a Certification of non- forum shopping required under SBM-2015-010 Part I, Rule 1, Sec 5; and (v) comply with Memorandum Circular no. AFF-04-023 requiring payment of fees amounting to Php5,000.00 for deportation complaint.

Your right to request a review
