Good day! 

I would like to request for data regarding the number of how many visitors are extending their visa in the Philippines for the year 2017-2023 It would be better if the data could be broken down per region and municipality and from what countries the visitors are from.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 

We regret to inform you that it will be very difficult to breakdown the statistics per region and municipalities. The only data we have as of the moment are the total number of tourist visa extensions per year.

2019 - 1,518,604
2020 - 1,057,231
2021 - 438,275
2022 - 468,986 
2023 - 118,195 (as of June 2023)
