Blessed Day!
I would like to request a copy of my son's (ZENDRICK PARALE DURANTE, born FEBRUARY 9,2001 in South Korea) travel record from the Bureau of Immigration of the Philippines because we lost our copy of his travel document when our house in General Nakar was hit by one of the strongest typhoon in Philippine History.
Thank you!
Catherine V. Parale
