Concerning travel to Manila, I had recently been informed by Philippine consulate General Sanfrancico.  At the instructions of the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila,  PCG Sanfrancico it temporarily not issuing a long-term visa such as 13A visa. Also For the extension of my permanent resident visa, I may directly coordinate with the Bureau of Immigration in Manila.  Please advise me on how to fix any barriers that may prevent me from continuing my life as a contributing artist and as a student of higher education in Manila. Your Request

You asked for BI rules on entry exemption during the pandemic period. Please be informed that the IATF- MEID allows entry of foreign nationals holding a valid and current CA 613 Sec 13(a) visa by reason of their marriage to a PHL subject to health protocol requirements. You may coordinate with your airline  for the documentary requirements.
