May I ask what the requirement of 13A cancellation?can effect to my son 13A(probitionary)? what is the advantaged and disadvantages of 13A cancellation?

Thank you for your request dated Jan 10, 2023 03:50:40 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You inquired on the "requirement of 13A cancellation? can effect to my son 13A(probationary)? what is the advantaged and disadvantages of 13A cancellation?"

Please be informed that CA 613, Sec 13(a) visa is available to foreign nationals on a basis on his/her marriage to a Filipino national. Documentary requirements for a CA 613 Sec 13(a) visa may be viewed and downloadable at www.immigration.gov.ph. 

Anent cancellation of CA 613 Sec 13(a) visa is proper if the foreigner could no longer accompany or live with his petitioner Filipino wife/husband. 

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to www.immigration.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
