Hello,

I would like to request a copy of the letter (dated 07 June 2019) sent from BI to the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) mentioned in DFA memo DIV3-509-JMW/2019 dated 18 June 2019.

The said letter conveys that holders of ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE) ID's "..may the use of ASEAN/Diplomatic Lanes in the Immigration Area of the airport during arrival and departure.".

Response to your request:

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Regrettably, the agency does not have a copy of the original letter sent to the Professional Regulations Commission. 

However, you may wish to contact Professional Regulations Commission or the Department of Foreign Affairs.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Norman G. Tansingco at xinfo@immigration.gov.ph.
