We would like to ask information on a certain foreign national.
Name: Mr. Lin Yingchi.
He went to the Philippines on August 2005 and gone missing since then. 
Any Information on this foreign national will be helpful for the PNP.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance your request is confidential in nature and requires approval from the Commissioner, on this regard may we request that the requesting party i.e. PNP shall submit letter addressed to Commissioner Jaime H. Morente, Bureau of Immigration for approval.
