Purpose: To find out what has happen to the issue of my ACR I-Card.

Tracking no: #BI-216999868664

Everest 08:55 AM, Apr 30, 2021

Dear Sir
I applied for my permanent residency in January 2020 in BI in Tacloban. This was granted in March 2020 and I have a stamp in my Passport. I have been awaiting since then for the issue of my ACR I-Card. I need to leave the Philippines in mid May and have been advised that without the new ACR I-Card I need to obtain a waiver for the I-Card that has not been issued and that I must pay for this over P2,000.00.
Please can someone advise me where my card is & why I must pay when the BI have failed to issue the card with NO explaination.
