I would like to ask if there are steps I need to do because I have found out I have no arrival sticker on my passport when I return home coming from Japan, however I have a stamp with my flight number written. My flight number is 5J5055

My departure date was July 21, 2023 and arrival July 29, 2023.

I will leave the country this 2024 so I am just confirming to avoid interruptions or delay.

You asked for Missing Arrival ticket in passport.

You may apply for the restamping of your latest arrival at BI Main Office Intramuros Manila. 

Bring your passport and proof of your latest arrival for assessment. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to ird@immigration.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
