Hi. I would like to confirm if travel ban for DOST scholars and graduates is still lifted. Do the scholars and graduates still need to secure clearance from DOST to travel abroad? What if the graduate will stay for 3 years in other country, what are the documents needed to secure? If you may, kindly provide a copy of memo, letter or any for documentation/reference. Thank you very much.
