Hi BOI,
Hope you are well,
I have just read the newly proposed 'BOI Modernization Act' which amended the Commonwealth Act No. 613. I would like some information on how you will implement Section 69. Exclusion Grounds. I would like the new or current protocol you use to assess people.
I was hoping you can provide me guidelines you follow here, particularly for evaluating "those who are found to be suffering from psychiatric disorder that may pose a threat to persons or danger to property";
I want to understand how people with different health issues or disabilities are accessed?

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. The Immigration Modernization Act is still currently a bill and has not yet been passed into law by Congress.
