Hi i would like to ask your good office to know one specific person her maiden name is Melanie D. Marce to know if she left the country, the reason why i want to locate her is that my mother have pending case at binan laguna she was the person who file case to my mom wayback 2005 but my mother didnt process or settle into the court its beacause they made a settlement but the accuser still didn't withdraw the said case.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for the owner of the information to personally file and request for your travel record at BI Main Office. Travel Record consist of personal information that is protected under the Data Privacy Act 2012, comprehensive and strict privacy legislation “to protect the fundamental human right of privacy, of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth.” Other ways are to authorized someone with Special Power of Attorney or with court order.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the BI Commissioner, JAIME H. MORENTE, Bureau of Immigration, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
