Hi, I would like to know on how to request deportation of a Nigerian citizen who maligned and intimated us Filipino. In a certain argument, he called us Filipino poor and ingrate. Eating rice with coffee. He said in a chat conversation that their poor people of his country can feed the richest people in the Philippines.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jun 17, 2020 11:57:15 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for the procedure on Deportation. 

BI rules and regulations requires filing of a verified Complaint stating (i) the full names of the complainant and his postal address (ii) name of the Respondent foreigners, his known alias/es, if any, his given or last known address; (iii) concise statement of ultimate facts constituting the deportation offense alleged to have been committed; (iv) submit a Certification of non- forum shopping required under SBM-2015-010 Part I, Rule 1, Sec 5; and (v) comply with Memorandum Circular no. AFF-04-023 requiring payment of fees amounting to Php5,000.00 for deportation complaint. 

Your right to request a review.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing/addressed to Bureau's Commissioner with address at www.immigration.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
