You asked if your spouse's presence is required for the implementation of 13a visa marriage probationary.

Response to Request

Please be advised that the applicant's personal appearance is highly recommended during the visa implementation.  However, a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) is honored when a valid reason is justified provided that the applicant is in the country during the implementation.
