Good day!

I would like to report ANDREI VESNIN a Russian Nationality who has an expired passport and overstaying here in the Philippines.
He left his passport in the apartment he abandoned.

He's been hiding and running from the people he robbed worth of $2200 US Dollars and a Lenovo Laptop worth $560 US Dollars. 
Kindly pay attention and take an action in regards of this issue cause this is very alarming to the people of the Philippines who might be his next victim on manipulating.
