Hi! I just wanted to know what are the requirements to downgrade a 9F Student Visa? I checked on the immigration website and they only provided a check list. But I just wanted to make sure I have everything ready. 

My student visa expired May 2022. I was informed that I needed to downgrade in Manila. 

Can you please provide me a link with the requirements and if there is a form to fill up please. Also, a link for ECC. Thank you so much!
