hello i would like to request about the status of my blacklist order and may i ask of what procedure should i do to lift up my blacklist order so i can travel back in the philippines to see my family

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Feb 09, 2021 06:34:15 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.


You asked for the procedure of lifting of BLACKLIST.

Records show, your name is included in the BL due to Indigency. Under BI rules, you are required to settle all immigration arrears incurred as stated in the Indigency Order. After settling your obligation, the Official Receipts shall form part of  your Petition to Lift your name in the BI's BL. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
