We would like to extract information on the individual in question for assessment on criminal activities done to Filipino nationals by an American Citizen with Vietnamese decent. The individual in question is also wanted by the US government particularly the state of California for Tax evasion.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is protected under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, comprehensive and strict privacy legislation “to protect the fundamental human right of privacy, of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth.” Thus, the Bureau could not disclose the subject information to private individual without the Special Power of Attorney of the owner of the Data or with court order.
