Hi! I would like to request for the entry and exit record of my husband, [Redacted][Name], passport number [Redacted][Number], date issued: 07/10/2020, date of Expiry 6/10/2030. Entry and exit record from October 2020 to November 2022.
He is currently working in Singapore. The last time he went home was last week of December 2019 and left first week of 2020.
I badly nees the information before March 2023 for legal purposes. Hope to get a favorable response from your office. Thank you

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we cannot provide the requested travel information. Travel Record consist of personal information that is protected under the Data Privacy Act 2012, comprehensive and strict privacy legislation “to protect the fundamental human right of privacy, of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth.” Other ways to acquire such information is with court order.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the BI Commissioner, NORMAN G. TANSINGCO, Bureau of Immigration, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
