Hi! This is Julie. I would like to ask on what to do since I lost the e-gate sticker I had when I arrived here in the Philippines. I arrived here last April 1, 2023 via Jetstar Japan around 1140pm. I am afraid it will affect my future travel. I will also be having flight back to Australia on April 14, 2023. Hope you can assist me on this one. Thank you so much.

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. Nevertheless, you may proceed to Immigration Regulation Division to confirm your arrival and appropriately apply for failed to stamp.
