1. Regarding the 9g working visa , how much for the fees for 2 year and 3 year for bi? 

2. For the construction company, how many foreign works can the company employment and apply 9 g? Have limit? 

3. For apply the 9 g visa, it must apply in bi main office or can apply in bi other office? Can the company admin go process the papar work and go to apply 9g for the staff? 

4. For downgrading 9g visa, how much for the fees and process time? For fast process how much and days?

You requested for the following information:

1. Regarding the 9g working visa , how much for the fees for 2 year and 3 year for BI?

Answers:

1. you can go directly via www.immigration.gov.ph for the detailed and complete lists of a CA 613 Sec 9(g) working visa procedures. See https://immigration.gov.ph/visa-requirements/non-immigrant-visa/pre-arranged-employment-visa

2. you may inquire with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) as to the number of foreign workers that may be employed by a construction company. The same has jurisdiction over issuance of Alien Employment Permit (AEP). See www.dole.gov.ph
