Hi! I was wondering what are the requirements of a minor? She is a returning resident in the Philippines accompanied with an adult (her brother) Departing from Doha, Qatar.

Please be reminded that nationality of arriving passengers whether adult or minor must be considered. However, your request does not provide for the nationality of the said passengers. Moreover, the given link provides for the Travel Requirements of inbound passenger in the country.
