May I request the following information:

Total employees of Philippine-based POGOs and accredited service providers in the Philippines of foreign-based POGOs, with breakdown on:

a.	number of employees by (1) nature of work (i.e., consumer relations, dealer, among others), (2) nationality (i.e., Filipino, Chinese, etc.), and (3) type of visa (i.e., Special Working Permits or Alien Employment Permits), among others;
b.	estimated salaries, allowances, etc. from 2016 to present; and
c.	terms of personnel’s contract (e.g., 6 months, 1 year, etc.);

Thank you for your request dated {2} under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch regarding POGO personnel.  My sincerest apologies for the delayed reply.  Please be informed that we do not have the data you have requested in paragraphs a,b and c of your letter.  May we suggest inquiring from the Department of Labor and Employment for possible source of statistical data.
