Good Morning, 

I am Alessio Reza Pascual Esquivias, MA History, University of the Philippines, 2016-91172. 

Is it possible that there can be information or statistics on how many Filipinos went to the Soviet Union and left said country from 1970-1991?  Can these be divided to certain classifications such as numbers of Filipino students who went there? Can I get the results digitally or not?
