Good day po may enquiry po sana ako

dumating po kami sa manila on January 10,2024. We went through the e-gates po for the first time po and may lumabas po na sticker. we asked the staff on the floor po ano gawin and they just said “okay na po”

ngayon araw po nalaman namin na kelangan po pala na idikit sa passport. What should we do in this circumstance po? Nasa Zamboanga City po kami as of the moment po.

You may apply for the restamping of your latest arrival at BI Main Office Intramuros Manila. 

Bring your passport and proof of your latest arrival for assessment. 

Your right to request a review
