Hi! I would like to follow up the status of our Motion for Reconsideration. It has already been quite some time and we are very worried for the visa of my son. The last reply we got was that eFOI was asking for his DOB and time/date of visa application verification. We have sent the information together with his scanned copy of his passport and our claim stub to the given email address. We hope you could extend to us your consideration. Thank you.
