Dear Andre Fournier,

I refer to my letter of Jun 23, 2022 12:15:06 AM; about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Memorandum on the cancellation of visa due to failure to report change of address.Pursuant to the Alien Registration Act of 1950 ( RA 562 ) Sec. 5 - Any alien registered shall notify the corresponding official charged with his registration in writing of any change of residence and new address, twenty-four hours before such change. In the case of an alien for whom a parent or legal guardian is required to apply for registration, the notices required by this section shall be given by such parent or legal.
