Hi! I would like to ask if someone named Rachel Trapane Filed a Case against me because i owe her and her buyers money for some reasons i gave her reason for the consol not give her the items of her buyers i want to travel to leave her the problem because i already told to all her buyers that she is the one who need to blame not me and happy that they are trusting me even the truth i’am the one who needs to pay before rachel’s consol give her the items .

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to personally file and request to check if you have an existing derogatory record at BI Main Office. Derogatory Record consist of personal information that is protected under the Data Privacy Act 2012, comprehensive and strict privacy legislation “to protect the fundamental human right of privacy, of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth.” Other ways are to authorized someone with Special Power of Attorney or with court order.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the BI Commissioner, NORMAN G. TANSINGCO, Bureau of Immigration, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila.
