Offload proof

Requested from BI by M. Bernardino at 05:07 PM on Sep 08, 2023.
Purpose: A proof to show to Cebu Pacific to make our ticket rebookable
Date of Coverage: 08/17/2023 - 08/22/2023
Tracking no: #BI-490773831506

Bernardino 05:07 PM, Sep 08, 2023

Good Day, my 2 sisters got offloaded due to lack of requirement last August 17, 2023 so their companion voluntarily offload their self as well, as the purpose of the trip is for family vacation, may I know or request any offload record as a proof to Cebu Pacific, as we cannot rebook our flight, and when we go to their office before, they said that we need a red stamp from immigration, but we only got a handwritten offload information written by immigration officer, and X mark to our departure stamp.
