Dear FOI officers / Bureau of Immigration:
I would like to ask for statistics of top three foreign national groups (Chinese, etc.) who exceed their stay beyond 59 days.
We already have the monthly numbers of registered Chinese aliens from June 2016 to May 2018 issued with the ACR, however, the numbers for June 2016 and May 2018 specifically do not seem to be the full-month picture.
With this, we would like to ask for similar data on Chinese nationals and two other top foreign groups since 2013.
1. Temporary visitor visa
2. Special working permit
3. Special study permit

Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved. We already sent our reply to your email address which includes top five registered foreign nationals from 2013 to 2018.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Commissioner Jaime H. Morente, Bureau of Immigration, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
