May I know the current published rates and breakdown of all costs necessary to process the following visa:

1. 9A Visa 1 Month Extension 
2. 9A Visa 2 Months Extension 
3. 9A Visa 6 Months Extension 
4. 9G Visa 1 year (new)
5. 9G Visa 2 years (new)
6. 9G Visa 3 years (new)
7. 9G Visa (renewal/extension)
8. PWP Visa
9. 9G Visa Downgrade

Please include the cost of I-cards if necessary. May I also request for the penalty matrix used by BI for non-compliant foreign nationals.
