Hi, This is Josua Ellie Guste, former junior programmer assigned in main office. Requesting for my ITR, Payslips, copy of my employment contract and job description. I'm requesting those documents for my residency requirements.

I refer to my letter of Sep 18, 2023 02:46:47 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return 2011-2014, Paylsip, Employment Contract, and Job description.
