 Dahil need ko po sa pag aaply abroad. Sana po ay matulungan nio po aq. Dahil ang hirap pumasok sa online website nila para makakuha ng appointment. Sana po matulungan nio aq..

You asked for REQUEST FOR TRAVEL HISTORY.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to personally apply and request for the issuance of your travel records to BI Main Office, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila. We are sorry but travel record of an individual is protected under the R.A. 10173 also known as Data Privacy Act of 2012. Thus, Bureau observe strict implementation of releasing and disclosing passengers' travel record, and requires personal filing, request and receipt except when issued with Special Power of Attorney to the duly representative or Court Order.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to <JAIME H.
