I was recently offloaded on my flight from PH to SG. I was told that they wouldn't be able to make me fly because I failed to establish my relationship with my 3yr LDR partner which I will stay with during my stay. Upon hearing this, I asked him what more I can show to prove it but he just changed to statement to me being backlisted to SG which isn't true. he signed my offloaded papers after telling me that I need to pass some affidavit which is not related on his reason for deferring me to my flight. I'd like to have some clarity and justice for this traumatizing experience of mine.

I enclosed a copy of the Revised Guidelines on Departure Formalities for International Bound Passengers as Tourist of the information you requested.

Kindly refer to the guidelines for the documentary requirements that need to be presented to the Immigration Inspector during departure formalities.
