Greetings!
Thank you for your request dated Jun 30, 2023 04:56:55 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
You requested for the lifting BL procedure.
We advice filing of a Petition for lifting of Blacklist (BL), said Petition shall (i) state the Petitioners name, his/her known aliases, if any, and present address (ii) state the grounds for Lifting BL, with evidences; (iv) specify the reference no. of the derogatory Order; and (iv) show proof of payment of the fees prescribed. Once a Lifting Blacklist Order was issued, he/she may be allowed to apply for a working visa.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to www.immigration.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
