Magsanay 08:14 AM, Jan 21, 2018

Hi good day! I would like to request for the list of blacklisted American citizens who are banned to visit Philippines. My friend had a criminal record and he was now declared by court to be free. He wants to know if he is still on the list and how long he has to wait. Thank you.
