Dear Sir/Madam,
May I ask if there is any restrictions or protocol for travel leaving Philippines to Spain for a minor with one parent only, both Spanish nationals.  Do they need any documentation from the other parent who is also Spanish national?  They are holders of 47a2 Visa.

You asked for Inquiry about travel of a minor with one parent, both Spanish nationals.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information on traveling minor from the BI official website www.immigration.gov.ph or you may click the link https://immigration.gov.ph/faqs/travel-req.

It is provided therein that restriction of minor traveling with one parent applied only to Filipinos if with existing/pending court case relating custodian of the minor.  

Your right to request a review

MORENTE, Bureau of Immigration, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila.
