I hope this e-mail finds you well, I an currently conducting research into Public Private Partnership Contracts as part of certain Ease of Doing Business initiatives, and would respectfully like to request a copy of the PPP Contract between the Bureau of Immigration and Dataline, Inc. with respect to the ACR-I Card Project.
