Your Request

You asked for Other document of proof so i can vacation with my fiancee?.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 

For temporary visitors/tourists bound overseas:
1.	Valid Passport
2.	Valid Visa
3.	Confirmed Return / Roundtrip Ticket**
4.	Travel / Health Insurance**
5.	Departure Card

**Subject to the following IATF & Immigration Requirements:
a.	Bureau of Immigration Declaration;
b.	Whenever required by the country of destination, a negative COVID-19 Test;
c.	Upon return, follow the guidelines* of the National Task Force (NTF) for Returning Overseas Filipinos

Kindly note that a passenger, travelling through a sponsor, shall be required of an Affidavit of Support and Undertaking duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consular Office abroad. 

Further, all Filipinos going abroad as fiancées are required to attend the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) guidance and counseling session in order to secure the Guidance and Counseling Certificate (GCC) and the CFO sticker. Kindly check the CFO website for the list of requirements. 

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as all are subject to documents are subject for final assessment upon departure. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to BI Commissioner Jaime H. Morente and  immigph@gmail.com. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
