Good morning i would to ask for any clarification about affidavit of support. My fiancee works in iraq and cant get AOS in iraq because its a warzone. We planned to have vacation in dubai my flight was 09/19/2021 flight no  PR 658 and got offloaded because i have no AOS, he is trying to get AOS in dubai since his there already but the Philippine embassy said he cant get one because he is not family.I have all the proof of his bank statement,remittances,CFO,Proof of relationship which we are 8 yrs. Together, his been here in the Philippines. What can we do to go on vacation with him in dubai?

You asked for Other document of proof so i can vacation with my fiancee?.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 

For temporary visitors/tourists bound overseas:
1.	Valid Passport
2.	Valid Visa
3.	Confirmed Return / Roundtrip Ticket**
4.	Travel / Health Insurance**
5.	Departure Card

**Subject to the following IATF & Immigration Requirements:
a.	Bureau of Immigration Declaration;
b.	Whenever required by the country of destination, a negative COVID-19 Test;
c.	Upon return, follow the guidelines* of the National Task Force (NTF) for Returning Overseas Filipinos

Kindly note that a passenger, travelling through a sponsor, shall be required of an Affidavit of Support and Undertaking duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consular Office abroad. 

Further, all Filipinos going abroad as fiancées are required to attend the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) guidance and counseling session in order to secure the Guidance and Counseling Certificate (GCC) and the CFO sticker. Kindly check the CFO website for the list of requirements. 

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as all are subject to documents are subject for final assessment upon departure. 

Your right to request a review
