Magandang araw po sa inyo.

Ako po si Jocarlo Ebalan po. Pilipino.

1) Yung mga anak ko dalawa po 18 and 7 years old. US citizen po sila nitong April 2023 sa US Embassy Manila, hinold sila sa terminal 3 immigration at hindi pinadaan po na papunta sana sa SFO-USA. May documents naman po sila to travel pati ang authorization letter notarized from the Parent kasi may minor. Pinatayo sa pintuan at nakatulog sa tiles fl

2) as per said BI Supervisor, kailangan daw po magpa dual citizenship ng mga bata, or kumuha ng valid Philippine Passport. Dahil overstay pero hindi sabihin kung magkano babayaran.

You asked for Travel Hold and abuse of Minor and Adult 18 siblings.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this portal is not a proper venue for your request. 

Please note that under BI Operations Order No. 045 dated 30 September 2014, proof of Philippine Citizenship are: 1) a valid Philippine passport; 2) Identification Certificate (IC); or 3) Certificate of Re-acquisition/Retention of Philippine Citizenship (CRPC).

Since the aforementioned travelers are holding  foreign passports, they shall need to present a valid visas and ECCs, if applicable, prior to their departure. Failure to present a valid temporary visitor’s visa extension shall be deemed overstaying.
