Your request You asked for Travel Hold and abuse of Minor and Adult 18 siblings. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this portal is not a proper venue for your request. Please note that under BI Operations Order No. 045 dated 30 September 2014, proof of Philippine Citizenship are: 1) a valid Philippine passport; 2) Identification Certificate (IC); or 3) Certificate of Re-acquisition/Retention of Philippine Citizenship (CRPC). Since the aforementioned travelers are holding foreign passports, they shall need to present a valid visas and ECCs, if applicable, prior to their departure. Failure to present a valid temporary visitor’s visa extension shall be deemed overstaying.
