Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would deny your request in compliance to DATA PRIVACY ACT of 2012 (RA 10173). It is comprehensive and strict privacy legislation “to protect the fundamental human right of privacy, of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth.” Travel Record consist of passenger's information. Thus, it shall be requested and applied personally by the owner of data, with Special Power of Attorney (SPA) if by representative or Court Order.

Your right to request a review
