Guillermo 02:59 PM, Aug 07, 2023

Hi I would like to request an offload certificate with my recent flight going to Hong Kong. Below are the information of my flight:

Name: Ivy Dianne Guillermo
Flight from: Ninoy Aquino International Airport 3 (Manila)
Flight to: Hing Kong
Departing: June 20, 2023
Return: June 22, 2023
Airline: Philippine Airline

I was about to spend my vacation there for 3 days but unfortunately, I was offloaded due to I don't have someone to visit there. May I request for an Offload Certificate? Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,
