ECC/SRC for travel of dependent with 47a2 VISA

Requested from BI by M. AREVALO at 11:56 AM on Mar 25, 2021.
Purpose: to request from Bureau of Immigration ECC/SRC for 47a2 VISA holder
Date of Coverage: 03/25/2021 - 03/25/2021
Tracking no: #BI-598991038906

AREVALO 11:56 AM, Mar 25, 2021

Dear Sir/Madam;
This refers to a dependent with 47a2 VISA. It is stamped together with his VISA "to secure ECC/SRC before leaving the country". He was born on Aug 8, 2020 and will be travelling to Spain with his parent March 30 and coming back to the Philippines when the travel suspension of IATF shall have been lifted.
My questions are:
1. are we going to secure both the ECC and the SRC?
2. may i ask for assistance on where to download or find an SRC Form as i cannot look for it in the website or online. I got ECCForm.
Thank you for your accommodation
Truly yours,
Maravel Arevalo
