Garcia 10:52 AM, Nov 23, 2022

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I would like to request for a Certification of Travel for Rufino Cascolan, a US Citizen to the Philippines. Rufino Cascolan is the husband of Arsenia C. Cascolan and father of Jubyna C. Cascolan. This is to verify wether Rufino Cascolan have Travel Records in the year 1992. We will use this Certification as evidence to nullify a document (Waiver of Rights to Real Property) used in transferring the name of our uncle, Nestor Colet in Assessor's Office Pidigan, Abra. This Waiver allegedly was handcarried by Rufino Cascolan coming from United States in 1993. Thank you
