 to the Intelligence Division on 24 June 2023.

We advise that a formal letter addressed to Commissioner should be filed for proper dispostion of this issue.

Please note the information you requested is protected under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 which aims: to “ protect the fundamental human right of privacy, of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth.” Thus, the Bureau could not disclose the subject information to private individual.

Further, it is also vital if you could provide some documentary requirements such as but not limited to:

1) Letter request addressed to the Commissioner indicating its purpose;
2) other related document pertaining to the said request.
