Thank you for your request dated Nov 10, 2022 06:13:37 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
You asked for the procedure on the lifting of Chaoyang Xu's name in the BI Blacklist.
We advice filing of a Petition for lifting of Blacklist (BL), said Petition shall (i) state the Petitioners name, his/her known aliases, if any, and present address (ii) state the grounds for Lifting BL, with evidences; (iv) specify the reference no. of the derogatory Order; and (iv) show proof of payment of the fees prescribed.
BI- Main Office is located at Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila with telephone nos. 527-3248, 310-4530, 310-4537.
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to www.immigration.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
