Sis ko po ws indomestic abuse(force her to be prostitute with other men,he said po hisabove any law saUSA or PH po.My lateDad is military po Air Force ,pinsan police ,military&cousin usa me Purple Heart awarddied in Vietnam war po but they never ever abused anyone esp women or anyone. Your Request
You asked for Need to be Blacklisted in PH permanently po.
Under BI rules, an action for deportation may be commenced by a verified complaint against any foreigner for grounds provided for or be relevant laws.
The Complaint shall state (1) full name of the complainant and his postal address, (2) name of Respondent, his known aliases if any, his given or last known address, and (3) concise statement of ultimate facts constituting the deportation offence alleged to be committed. It shall contain as annexes such document and papers that the Complaint as supportive of his/her allegations.
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response through www.immigration.gov.ph
Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
