hi this is lady i would like to request for the list of Korean nationals that has been blacklisted here in the Philippines.. hope you can grant my request. thank you

Greetings!

You asked for list of the blacklisted korean national.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is restricted under data privacy of 2012 and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from http://immigration.gov.ph/images/CitizensCharter/2020May20_CC.pdf.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Commissioner Jaime H. Morente and send to xinfo@immigration.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
