Good day !

I would like to ask if what is the process for deportation for this 3 Chinese National who became our boss for almost 3 years but they didn't give our benifits such as SSS PHIC PAG-IBIG as well as 13months pay and NO REST DAY.

We already ask this in NLRC but unfortunately the company deny us that we are employed to them since they change there company name. However the 3 main Chinese National was still the same boss the only thing was change is just the company name .

This is our country but we still look slave from them . Hope to be fair enough as employee and employer.

Your Request:

You asked for INQUIRY FOR THE PROCESS FOR DEPORTING FOREIGN BOSS.

BI appreciates the information given. BI rules and regulations requires filing of a verified Complaint stating (i) the full names of the complainant and his postal address (ii) name of the Respondent foreigners, his known alias/es, if any, his given or last known address; (iii) concise statement of ultimate facts constituting the deportation offense alleged to have been committed; (iv) submit a Certification of non- forum shopping required under SBM-2015-010 Part I, Rule 1, Sec 5; and (v) comply with Rule 19, Sec 1(a) requiring payment of fees amounting to Php5,000.00 for deportation complaint. 

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to www.immigration.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
