Please provide a list of names of foreign nationals particularly, Australian and British nationals, legally resides in Mabalacat City Pampanga Philippines. An apparent Australian or British nationals under the name or alias "Dale Clark Smith", presently residing in 1372 Fernando St., Green Meadows II, Mabiga Mabalacat City Pampanga. has been showing unwanted behaviour and an attitude of conduct unbecoming of a foreigner. Do you have a department, email address, or contact cellular number where we can file a complain to such kind of Foreigner? Kindly assist. Thank you
